This qualification has been developed in conjunction with Henley’s HR Centre of Excellence members (leading corporate organisations) to ensure a highly practical focus whilst maintaining the academic rigour of an MSc qualification. "Every HR Director worthy of the name is looking for their potential successors, the best HR talent that will be capable of stepping up into very significant HR roles. We all spend time on talent spotting, but how much time or effort do we spend on growing new HR talent? Probably nowhere near enough.
