Introduction

Use the road map on the Knowledge Centre home page to help you decide what step of the collaborative process you wish to learn more about. Each step is represented by a Theme which also appears in the menu on the left. Information on each theme is divided into several "knowledge nuggets", which appear in the menu for that theme. This material also includes stories which illustrate the themes. Links to web sites and details of other resources offer further information on each theme.

Many "knowledge nuggets" pose questions - to give you insight into what you currently do - and suggest appropriate activities - to help you to put into practice the knowledge acquired.
